Safe Delivery
We are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you safely. Our team packs every product with utmost care, especially given the fragile nature of many of our home décor items.
We partner with reliable courier services to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at customerservice@houseofanantaa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
An unboxing video that shows:
The package condition upon arrival.
The entire unboxing process, including the damaged item and its packaging.
A clear close-up of the damaged area.
This information helps us assess the damage and provide you with a prompt resolution (at our discretion).
Exchange & Store Credit
Exchanges are possible within 7 days of you receiving the order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
If an exchange is not feasible, store credit (with a validity of 6 months from date of issue) can be issued for future purchases.
Returns & Replacements
Returns will only be accepted if there is a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item sent etc.).
In such cases, we will replace the item hassle-free at no additional cost.
For damaged or defective products, please follow our standard procedure of reporting within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video.
Personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange/return under any circumstance.
Shipping Charges and Timeframes
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above INR 4999 (within India).
Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below INR 4999, a shipping fee ranging from INR 200 to INR 500 may apply, depending on the product weight, dimensions, and distance. The exact charge will be calculated at checkout.
Furniture & Oversized Items: Shipping charges for furniture, chandeliers, and larger/heavier home décor items may differ from standard rates due to special handling and logistics requirements. These rates will be reflected at checkout or communicated separately.
Processing & Dispatch Time: We typically require 7 to 10 business days (weekdays) to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
Delivery Time: Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the availability of our logistics partners. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, we are not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Multiple Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if products originate from different locations. Rest assured, you will only be charged one shipping fee (if applicable) for the entire order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer our customers with a COD option for their convenience for orders upto INR 12999.
We levy a small handling fee for COD orders.
COD is not a trail option. Payment is required before accepting the Parcel.
Refusal of a COD order at delivery will result in the deactivation of COD for your future purchases.
In some pincodes, our shipping partners do not support COD, hence the option may not be available.
Cancellations
Once the order is placed, cancellation is not possible.
Unserviceable Pincodes & Delays
We rely on some of India’s largest and most reliable courier partners. However, certain pincodes may be temporarily unserviceable.
In such cases, we will contact you to determine an alternative solution to ensure your order reaches you.
We share estimated delivery timelines on our shipping page, but these are indicative only and can be subject to unexpected delays.
Handmade & Artisanal Products
Many of our products are handmade or artisan-crafted, resulting in possible slight variations in texture, color, or size.
These natural irregularities are not considered defects; they enhance the uniqueness of each piece.
Bulk & Customized Orders
For bulk orders or customized orders, the above policies may not apply in entirety.
Returns and cancellations for such orders will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
We endeavor to resolve all issues amicably.
In the rare event of a dispute that remains unresolved, the jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be in New Delhi, India.
