At House of Anantaa, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and satisfying. We take great care in delivering high-quality products and maintaining exceptional service standards.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds unless the product is unavailable at our end. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, depending on a case-to-case basis.

If the product received is incorrect (i.e., does not match your order confirmation), has a quality defect, or arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery. 

General Guidelines

To report damage in transit or other issues, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order:

●       Text us at +91 9220260111  or email us at customerservice@houseofanantaa.com between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST

●       Check the package at the time of delivery. Report any tampering, missing items, or breakage on the delivery receipt provided by the courier.

●       Retain the original packaging (including labels, invoices, and tags), especially in the case of transit damage, as it may be required for inspection.

Our customer care team will assess the issue and respond within 48 business hours.

Exchange & Refund Policy

●       We offer product exchanges within 7 business days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

●       Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

●       Refunds will only be processed if an item is unavailable at our end.

●       Products purchased online cannot be exchanged in-store.

●       Before accepting the delivery, please ensure that the package has not been tampered with. If you suspect transit damage, retain the packaging and note the issue on the delivery receipt instead of signing as "received."
